Use the Asana app on your PC. It is the work manager for teams. But better. From the small stuff to the big picture, Asana organizes work so teams are clear what to do, why it matters, and how to get it done.

What is the Asana PC app?
Productivity enthusiasts love Asana and for good reason. It’s a collaborative tool that helps teams track work, from tasks to workflows to even some types of projects.
Asana app is one of the best apps for managing tasks, workflows, and—yes—certain kinds of projects. It has recently added more structure and templates for teams that want more guidance in setting up and using the app. It’s flexible, elegant, and can bend to your will.
With the app, users can view projects and manage tasks in several different ways. Choose between Kanban boards, lists, calendars, and timelines. Other project management tools on the market only offer one or two of these, so it’s great to see that Asana gives you additional options. Now each team member can manage tasks in a way that works best for them.
Switching between views also gives project managers and team members a big-picture perspective on where the project stands and what needs to be accomplished.
Asana makes it super easy to streamline the tasks you do regularly. By eliminating manual steps with automation, it saves everyone time and boosts efficiencies.
You can easily create custom rules with Asana’s simple workflow management builder. Certain triggers can automatically do things like set due dates or assign work to other team members. For small projects with just a few team members, this won’t be a big deal. But at scale, the automation tools are definitely a difference-maker.
